Santini manufactures several types of sweetened condensed milk. That’s because sweetened condensed milk is a very versatile product that lends itself to many different uses by various consumer segments; foodservice operators; and industrial users.

Full Cream (Whole) Sweetened
Condensed Milk

Foodservice & industrial standard; traditional consumer recipe standby; federal standard of identity: 28% minimum total milk solids; 8% minimum milk fat.

Hi Solids Full Cream Sweetened
Condensed Milk

Required in some high solids industry applications; higher minimum total milk solids; 8.5% minimum milk fat.

Skim Sweetened Condensed Milk
Lower cost than whole scm; increasing volume trend; federal standard of identity: 24% minimum nonfat milk solids. Santini uses rBST-Free milk exclusively.

Sweetened Condensed Milk Creamer
Lowest cost; above average consumption by Hispanic and Asian consumers; primary use is to sweeten and lighten coffee; increasing volume trend; uses vegetable oil and whey.

Filled Sweetened Condensed Milk
Milk fat is replaced with vegetable oil; no cholesterol; lower cost; above average consumption with Hispanic and Asian population segments; 28% minimum total milk solids; 8% minimum vegetable fat. Santini uses rBST-Free milk exclusively.

Organic Full Cream Sweetened

Condensed Milk
Same specifications as full cream scm but organic milk and organic sugar are used; color is slightly darker due to organic sugar.
